Raltron Electronics has introduced its RDM Series MIMO antennas, designed to meet the growing need for advanced multi-frequency communication solutions across industries like IoT, transportation, and utilities. These antennas support frequencies ranging from 690 MHz to 5.85 GHz, including LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, GNSS, and LoRa, making them highly adaptable for diverse applications in challenging environments. The RDM Series includes features like IP67 waterproof ratings and the MineProx proximity detection system for underground mining, ensuring durability and performance in rugged conditions.

With multiple-input, multiple-output (MIMO) capabilities, the RDM Series allows for the simultaneous transmission of independent data streams within the same frequency channel, significantly increasing data capacity without requiring additional bandwidth or power. For instance, a 4×4 MIMO system can transmit up to four times more data than a single-antenna system on the same bandwidth, enhancing data rates and communication efficiency. The RDM Series includes models that support GNSS for location tracking, LTE for communication, Wi-Fi for data sharing, and LoRa for emergency response, making these antennas a versatile solution for industries with high data and connectivity demands.
