‘Ask America’: Energy innovators to boost bilateral business partnerships
U.S. manufacturers and suppliers of products and services for utility and power operators are looking to energize their business and professional connections in the Middle East during Middle East Electricity (MEE), February 14th-16th, 2017 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The U.S. presence at MEE, featuring such industry leaders as Cargill (Booth S1.J40) Eaton Corporation (Booth S1.J30) and the H-J Family of Companies (Booth S1.J10) is being organized for the fourth consecutive year by Kallman Worldwide, the official U.S. representative of the show, in partnership with the U.S. Department of Commerce. The centerpiece of this national effort, the U.S. International Pavilion, is a well-established destination for buyers looking for an efficient way to meet a critical mass of leading suppliers, an on-site business center for U.S. exhibitors looking to maximize their exposure and impact at the event, and a networking forum for all to share ideas and insights.
“When the United States commits to exhibit at MEE, we’re saying we believe in the power of this event to attract real business prospects and customers. The steady growth and diversification of this show speaks for itself,” said Kallman Worldwide President and CEO, Tom Kallman. “As the organizer of the U.S International Pavilion, our team is proud to help our exhibitors capitalize on this influential business opportunity and contribute to the extraordinary level of investment and development in energy infrastructure and innovation in the U.A.E.”
In addition to organizing the national Pavilion, Kallman is inviting show attendees to visit U.S. exhibitors with its ‘Ask America’ advocacy campaign. That message will be placed prominently on site, integrated into hospitality and VIP events during the show, and promoted in social media (follow on Twitter @kallmanEWC).
“The United States exhibits at MEE because it’s one of the world’s most innovative power industry suppliers, but that’s no guarantee buyers will look to work with U.S. companies over others,” said Kallman. “On behalf of the U.S. International Pavilion, we have a responsibility to advocate not only for our exhibitors, but for our nation in this highly competitive global marketplace.
“We invite every Middle East Electricity visitor to ‘Ask America’ because we are listening,” he said. “Whether as manufacturers, suppliers, advisors or development partners, the United States supports the region’s utility and power professionals, and is dedicated to helping them improve the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity throughout the region.”
