As if being a Google engineer wasn’t enough work, Max Braun decided he needed a bathroom mirror to suit all of his needs. So he got himself some tools like a two sided mirror, display panel, and controller board and constructed one.
When he was done, his new smart mirror was able to display time and date information, weather updates, and the latest news headlines.
Braun isn’t done, though. Now he’s working on traffic news, reminders and other Google Now related items that he can integrate into the mirror. The idea behind the mirror was that he wouldn’t need to interact with the user interface, instead updates would be made automatically and if a user needed anything else, a simple voice search would be able to handle it.
