LTM4673: Quad Output μModule Regulator with Digital Power System Management
The LTM4673 is a highly efficient and versatile DC/DC step-down μModule regulator designed for multi-rail point of load regulation in telecom, networking, and industrial equipment applications. This quad output module features dual 12A and dual 5A channels with an input voltage range of 4.5V to 15V, and output voltage range of 0.6V to 3.3V and 0.6V to 5.5V, respectively. With only bulk input and output capacitors required, the LTM4673 is easy to use and comes equipped with a 4-channel Power System Manager for fault management, telemetry, and sequencing. Its 2-wire serial interface enables precise output margining, tuning, and programmable sequencing up and down. The module is offered in a compact BGA package with RoHS compliant terminal finish.
