Renault Trucks Master wins ‘Best Technical Innovation’ award
The Renault Trucks Master Optilogistics and Welfare vehicles have been awarded ‘Best Technical Innovation’ at the 2018 Trade Van Driver Awards.
Created by ‘Trade Van Driver’, the UK’s top magazine for small business users, the awards give recognition to the manufacturers, firms and people who, in the opinion of the judges, offer the best in retail to van buyers.
In presenting the award for ‘Best Technical Innovation’, the judges praised the Renault Trucks Master Optilogistics and Welfare vehicles for their off-the-shelf compliance solution for the safe transportation of both goods and people. It also paid tribute to Renault Trucks’ depth of knowledge and understanding of the world of logistics compliance and how it responded promptly and correctly with well-engineered solutions to both.
Grahame Neagus, Renault Trucks Head of LCV for the UK and Ireland said: “We are delighted to receive this prestigious award which validates our journey in producing highly effective and innovative solutions for our ever-growing customer base. We always strive to offer the most technologically advanced solutions by working closely with our approved third party providers and both these models are perfect examples of how we can make a real and tangible difference to the operation of a small business.”
Grahame continued: “In a world where compliance is key, our heavy truck heritage is fundamental in allowing us to offer tailored solutions both within our ‘Ready for Business’ range and individually, and allows our operators to be safe in the knowledge that their Renault Trucks Master has been designed and built to the most exacting standards within the UK market. Compliant and effective transport solutions are the very nucleus of our brand and these vehicles underline this for the sectors they serve.”
The Editor of ‘Trade Van Driver’ magazine, Matthew Eisenegger commented: “The awards are different from others as they are judged by an expert panel of journalists from the magazine as well as a panel of readers who are light commercial vehicle users. We pride ourselves on offering a true reflection of the thoughts and feelings of our readers and as such the Renault Trucks Master Optilogistics and Welfare vehicles are a worthy winner.”
