STMicroelectronics Launches First STM32-Ready Wireless IoT Module
ST67W611M1 Module Combines STM32 Ecosystem with Qualcomm’s Wireless Connectivity for Advanced IoT Solutions
STMicroelectronics has announced the launch of its first STM32-ready wireless IoT module developed in collaboration with Qualcomm Technologies. This milestone product, the ST67W611M1, simplifies the development of next-generation IoT solutions by integrating Qualcomm’s advanced wireless technologies with ST’s robust STM32 ecosystem.
The ST67W611M1 module features the Qualcomm® QCC743 SoC, delivering Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and Thread connectivity in a compact, easy-to-integrate package. It also supports the Matter protocol for seamless and future-proof IoT connectivity. Designed for flexibility, the module works seamlessly with any STM32 microcontroller (MCU) or microprocessor (MPU), offering developers an unmatched combination of wireless performance and embedded processing.

- Connectivity: Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and Thread, with Matter protocol support.
- Integrated Components: Includes 4MB of flash memory, a 40MHz crystal, and options for PCB or external antenna.
- Security: Advanced hardware security with cryptographic accelerators, secure boot, secure debug, and PSA Certified Level 1 protection.
- Ease of Integration: Pre-certified, self-contained module in a compact 32-lead LGA package, enabling cost-effective designs with minimal PCB layers.
