If you have $5,000 to spare, you can get your hands on one of the only 10 gold-plated Nintendo Entertainment Systems.
The systems were created by a Washington-based company called Analogue that prides itself on its exceptional video game hardware. Each piece of the Analogue Nt’s aluminum enclosure is plated from the inside out in pure, 24k gold. Each unit is equipped with a transparent base plate, allowing users to see the gold right inside.
For $5,000 you’ll get the 24k gold-plated Analogue Nt, a premium limited edition box, a full set of cables, and RGB or HDMI cable. As a bonus, in honor of The Legend of Zelda’s 30th anniversary, the company has gold-plated an original cartridge and included it in the set.
