Measuring a mere 1.1mm x 2.0mm x 0.35mm, the device is the world’s smallest Bluetooth System on a Chip (SoC). The NanoBeacon IN100 expands what is possible in the IoT industry, creating a new world of possibilities for applications where space is limited, and the transmission of information is crucial.
Target applications for the NanoBeacon IN100 include printable tags for asset tracking that broadcast location or sensor data; healthcare data broadcast as in wearable health monitoring devices including smart patches or wristbands, smart textiles that allow sports gear or uniforms to transmit performance stats or environmental conditions to coaches or command centers, miniature drones to broadcast location, telemetry, or other mission-critical data, and smart jewelry that broadcasts user-defined data such as emergency contact info or health data, without compromising on style or comfort.
